Botánica Farm-to-Table Restaurant
Botánica is the farm-to-table restaurant at Kimpton Mas Olas in Todos Santos, an hour north of Cabo, set open-air in the organic gardens where the menu is grown. Here, Pacific breezes meet the Sierra de la Laguna and temper the desert into a near-Mediterranean climate — ideal for the fruit, vegetables, and herbs planted in these gardens more than 25 years ago. That garden is the menu, and it changes weekly with the harvest: vegetables picked steps away and chopped into hearty salads, organic beef and poultry grilled over live fire, robust wines, local craft beers, and cocktails infused with fresh herbs and pressed juices. Every table sits in the garden or overlooks it. Open for dinner, with Sunday brunch, garden dinners, and seasonal events through the year — and available for private events. Resort guests can cook with the chef in garden-to-table experiences.
