The best days here are the quiet ones. Come Sunday through Thursday for the pools mostly to yourself, an even quieter beach, lower rates, and a slower pace all around. Book direct and your stay includes time to gather and make with us: lunch with the chef or natural perfume at the apothecary — you choose how you want to know the gardens and plants of Mas Olas. 

Weekdays at Mas Olas run slower by design. Sunday through Thursday, the pools are mostly yours, the two-mile beach stays quiet, and the rates sit well below the weekend. Fill the days however you like — watch the surf roll in, follow the birds through the gardens, treat yourself to a botanical massage, start a long-term relationship with a lounge chair, and end the day with a sunset cocktail. The rest of the days are yours.

Every three-night stay booked direct with us includes daily breakfast and one experience for two.

Garden to Kitchen — with the Botánica chef

Walk the Botánica huerta, spa garden and farm with Chef Sandro Falbo — snapping vegetables, marveling at 25 varieties of tomatoes, gathering herbs, checking in on the chickens and goats. Return to the kitchen to cook two authentic Mexican dishes. The most honest farm-to-table cooking in Baja.

Create Your Baja Blend — Apothecary Workshop

Forage the spa gardens for medicinal and botanical herbs, learning what each one heals. With a spa practitioner, blend your own natural perfume from essential oils, tinctures, and organic bases — built around you, drawn from the indigenous plant knowledge the apothecary is rooted in. Plant to bottle, made by hand.

Available October 10, 2026-March 31, 2027. Check-in on Sunday or Monday with departure by Thursday.

Kimpton Mas Olas is an adult-only hotel; we cannot accommodate pets, infants or any guest under 18 years of age. Reservations must be made at least three days prior to arrival and are valid for stays of three consecutive nights, arriving Sunday and Monday. Valid for stays October 10 through March 31. Breakfast for two and an experience for two people is included in the best available rate: a Garden to Kitchen cooking class or the Create Your Baja Blend apothecary workshop. A deposit of the first night is due at booking, and cancellations must be made more than 14 days prior to check-in to receive a full refund. All room types available under this rate. Subject to availability. Cannot be combined with other offers. Blackout dates, including major holiday weeks, may apply.

Reservations must be made at least three days in advance and are valid for stays of up to three consecutive nights between October 11, 2026 and December 16, 2026. Guests will receive up to 20% off accommodations, with IHG One Rewards members eligible for an additional 5% discount. December in the desert runs warm and bright—days at the infinity pool with whales breaching offshore, the gardens at peak harvest, and the festive spirit of the season all week long. Stay for three nights during Thanksgiving or Christmas, book direct, and a holiday dinner, rooftop sunset celebration, beach experience and a taste adventure for two are included in your rate.

Thanksgiving week — The Thankful Reset
Trade the cold for warm sand and firelight. An adults-only take on the holiday, the Baja way — book direct for Thanksgiving week, and your rate includes, for two: a Noche Brasa Viva live-fire dinner at Botánica, a rooftop sunset celebration at Kahal, a taste experience of your choice (agave spirits, ceviche making, Mexican coffee, Baja wine, or mixology by the sea), and our Thanksgiving morning Turkey Trot beach walk with ginger shots and farmer jugos. After the beach, join chef in the garden or the kitchen to be part of the holiday cooking — first-come, first-served and complimentary, so reserve early. Whales offshore, turtles maybe hatching, gardens at peak harvest, swim-up bar open, two miles of beach for movement and reflection.

Christmas week — Holidays on the Coast
Trade the turtlenecks for Christmas on the beach. Book direct for Christmas week for three nights, and your rate for two guests includes: a Noche Brasa Viva live-fire dinner at Botánica, a rooftop sunset celebration at Kahal, a taste experience of your choice (agave spirits, ceviche making, Mexican coffee, Baja wine, or mixology by the sea), and a Nochebuena beach bonfire with Mexican hot cocoa and cacao under the stars. Trim the tree as the sun drops, watch the whales offshore, and settle into warm days at the infinity pool. A morning cooking class with the chef is offered for an additional fee, limited to four guests per day, so reserve early. Extend your stay for the Kermés night bazaar on December 27, also for an additional fee.
