Noche Brasa Viva

November 25 | 5 – 10 PM

An evening of fire and flavor to open Thanksgiving week the Baja way. Chef Sandro Falbo cooks over live embers — brasa — a farm-to-table dinner served family-style, drawn from the garden and the flames. Baja wine and beer are included, with live music and dancing as the season turns toward gratitude. This is the welcome: warm sand in place of cold, a table full of new company, and a few unhurried days ahead to slow down and give thanks. Wander the gardens with a glass in hand, meet the week's company, and settle in — the first night of the Thankful Reset, and the table where it all begins.
