Mas Olas Todos Santos Restaurants

Kimpton Mas Olas oceanfront resort and its Todos Santos restaurants sit between the Pacific and the Sierra de la Laguna. Those conditions create a Mediterranean climate in the Baja desert, allowing us to grow herbs, fruits, and vegetables in our gardens. Our position on this two-mile stretch of beach means seafood is sustainably caught minutes from our kitchen. This is the local abundance of Baja through our three restaurants in Pescadero-Todos Santos, cooked by Chef Sandro Falbo and his team — ingredients chosen to heal, mixology drawn from the same garden, and biophilic and Mexican interior design elements abound.

Chef Sandro Falbo

With over three decades of experience in top-rated restaurants across the globe, Chef Sandro Falbo now brings his talents to the Kimpton Mas Olas restaurants in Todos Santos, where in addition to his role as executive chef at Botánica, he oversees the resort’s ethnobotanical culinary program – dedicated to the exploration and celebration of Baja’s authentic culinary traditions. He is known for his ability to apply the nuanced techniques to pure, natural ingredients, amplifying their inherent flavor and preserving their nutritional power.

Kahal

Hours of Operation:
LUNCH 11 AM-3 PM
DINNER 4-9 PM
DAY PASS 11 AM-7 PM

Kahal is Mas Olas's oceanfront restaurant in Todos Santos — an outdoor dining room and rooftop on the beach. Design inspired by the high seas. Fresh-caught sustainable seafood, a raw bar, Baja and international wines, and craft cocktails made with herbs handpicked from the garden and house-made essences. The kitchen opens to the dining room; tables face the Pacific and the sunset. Whales pass offshore, October to April.

Below the tables, an infinity pool and swim-up bar, a jacuzzi, daybeds, and fire pits for when the sun drops. Come for lunch, stay through sunset for dinner — or make it a day. Voted Restaurant of the Year for Todos Santos / El Pescadero at the 2025 Los Cabos Culinary Awards.

In the heart of Kimpton Mas Olas' organic garden, Botánica offers an alfresco farm-to-table dining experience featuring freshly farmed vegetables, organic meats cooked over a live fire, and a drinks program of fine wines and craft cocktails. Every table in our Todos Santos restaurant sits either in the garden or overlooks it.
