Kimpton Mas Olas oceanfront resort sits between the Pacific and the Sierra de la Laguna. Those conditions create a Mediterranean climate in the Baja desert, allowing us to grow herbs, fruits, and vegetables in our gardens. Our position on this two-mile stretch of beach means seafood is sustainably caught minutes from our kitchen. This is the local abundance of Baja through our three restaurants near Todos Santos, cooked by Chef Sandro Falbo and his team — ingredients chosen to heal, mixology drawn from the same garden, and biophilic and Mexican interior design elements abound.

Fresh-caught sustainable seafood, a raw bar, Baja and international wines, and craft cocktails made with herbs handpicked from the garden and house-made essences. The kitchen opens to the dining room; tables face the Pacific and the sunset. Whales pass offshore, October to April.
Below the tables, an infinity pool and swim-up bar, a jacuzzi, daybeds, and fire pits for when the sun drops. Come for lunch, stay through sunset for dinner — or make it a day. Voted Restaurant of the Year for Todos Santos / El Pescadero at the 2025 Los Cabos Culinary Awards.
