Feast of the Seven Fishes

DECEMBER 24 | 5 – 10 PM

On Nochebuena, Kahal — our oceanfront restaurant on the beach — hosts our first Feast of the Seven Fishes. It began as a Christmas Eve without meat; the seven fishes came later, from Italian families in America who counted them — seven for the sacraments, or the days of creation, or the hills of Rome, depending on who's telling it. Our kitchen is Italian and Mexican both, so this is that tradition arriving somewhere new again — Mexitalian, cooked on the Pacific.

Seven preparations of seafood, all local and sustainably caught, across four courses. The night moves as it goes — enjoy sunset on the Kahal rooftop with glass in hands, then move to the dining room by the water.

$2,500 pesos per person · Kahal · 5-10 p.m.

Hotel guests can reserve on the Stay app beginning October 1. Reservations are also accepted on OpenTable beginning in October. These evenings sell out.
