On Navidad, Chef Sandro sets a festive holiday dinner table at Mas Olas Resort near Todos Santos — and you choose the al-fresco setting.

At Botánica, our farm-to-table restaurant, a four-course Mexican Christmas comes to the garden. Chef Sandro Falbo cooks the holiday the way it's done here, drawn from the gardens and the season. Live music, a long table, and dinner under the stars, out among the gardens that grew the meal — warm and festive, the Baja way.

At Kahal, our oceanfront restaurant on the beach: the same holiday spirit with the Pacific out front with an à la carte menu, featuring sustainable catch seafood dishes, sushi and more.
