Breakfast here starts at the coop. A hands-on farm brunch that puts you closer to your food, our animals, and the making of one of Mexico's favorite breakfasts. Collect the morning's eggs from the coop with the chef, walk them to the kitchen, and learn huevos rancheros made start to finish from what grows on this land. The meal you cook becomes your breakfast.
