Located on 30 acres north of Cabo, Mas Olas Resort & Spa Todos Santos welcomes practitioners to design and lead four-night wellness retreats in Mexico within an adults-only hotel grounded in nature, ceremony, service and calm. You are the host and creative director. We are the operations — staffing, sourcing, scheduling, and hospitality — so your days are spent with your people, not the logistics. Each retreat is supported end-to-end by our team, while remaining entirely yours to shape.
The setting does the heavy lifting for a retreat venue. Nearly every one of our 103 rooms at our beachfront wellness resort in Todos Santos faces the Pacific Ocean. Four pools, each held at its own temperature. An extensive botanical spa and apothecary where guests forage the gardens and blend their own oils. Two shalas for yoga and Pilates, the spa rooftop as a third open-air teaching space, three rooftop venues, and the nine gardens themselves — every one of them a place you can gather in, move in, or hold ceremony in. And the food is genuinely of this place: three restaurants serving organic, clean, full-service cuisine drawn from the morning’s local catch and the vegetables pulled from our own beds. We're only an hour from Cabo San Lucas, but our retreat venues offer an authentic Mexican experience.

Each retreat runs four nights, arriving Sunday and departing Thursday. Midweek stays offer our best value. Select weekends are also available for wellness retreats at Mas Olas Resort & Spa Todos Santos.

Your retreat is featured on the Mas Olas website and made bookable to your guests through our booking engine, extending your reach beyond your own community. Marketing is equally collaborative.
