Noche Brasa Viva — Holiday Welcome Dinner
An evening of fire and flavor. Chef Sandro Falbo cooks over live embers — brasa — a farm-to-table dinner served family-style, drawn from the garden and the flames. Baja wine and beer are included, with live music and dancing as the season turns toward gratitude. Wander the gardens with a glass in hand, meet the week's company, and settle in — the first night of the Thankful Reset, and the table where it all begins. Thanksgiving Morning — Turkey Trot, Baja Style
Our answer to the Turkey Trot, Baja style: right on the beach. That makes it a brisk walk, not a run — unless the mood strikes you. Ginger shots and farmer jugos at the cabanas to start, then we set out together along the coastline. The whales may well be back, and those taking it slow get the show.

Thanksgiving morning — harvest and make with our chef (limited)
After morning yoga, meet Chef Sandro Falbo in the huerta's Salad Bowl. Pick the herbs, lettuces, and first vegetables of the season, pull the tomatoes for the first course, then carry it all back to the kitchen and make the cranberry vinaigrette that dresses the Mas Olas salad at Thanksgiving dinner. Graze on light bites but save your appetite. Cut what you'd like for the tablescape before you go. For a morning, you're part of the Mas Olas family, cooking with us. First come, first served.

Thanksgiving Dinner — Friendsgiving or Family Tables
Thanksgiving Dinner begins as early as 4 p.m., the traditional hour, for those who like the holiday table in the light of day — and runs to 10. Come early and take the garden in beforehand: the birdsong, the scent of the flowering beds, the light going soft over the huerta. At Botánica, dinner is served family-style at tables dressed in fall flowers and the season's bounty, grown steps from where you sit. Take a table of your own for family time, or join the long communal table and widen your circle for a Friendsgiving. Prefer the ocean? Thanksgiving is served at Kahal too, with a more seafood-forward menu and the Pacific out front.
