Christmas at Mas Olas is a coastal one. The gardens are still green, the days are warm, and the whales are back offshore. The week keeps the traditions of a Mexican Christmas and a few of our own — tree-trimming with Mexican craft ornaments, live-fire dining in the garden, a Kermés bazaar under the stars, Nochebuena overlooking the beach and gardens. Come for a few days or stay the week; arrive whenever you like, and the holidays are set for you.

Wednesday, December 23 — Noche Brasa Viva and Tree-Trimming at Sunset
Chef Sandro cooks over live embers. Family-style, with Baja wine and beer, live music, and dancing as the season turns. Trim the tree at Botánica with hand-made Mexican ornaments — hang one and it's yours to keep at the end of your stay. Bring an unwrapped toy for the children of El Pescadero. Thursday, December 24 — Feast of the Seven Fishes
Nochebuena at Kahal. Seven local fish across four courses, an evening that moves from the rooftop to the dining room to the sand. An southern Italian traditional brought to the Pacific coast. Priced separately.

Four courses for the carnivores and vegetable lovers. Served in the garden setting with holiday flare. Priced separately.
Friday, December 25 — Navidad Christmas Dinner

December 22–28 — Daily Taste Experiences
A different theme each day, for two: agave spirits tasting, ceviche making, Mexican coffee, Baja wine tasting, and mixology by the sea. Included in the Baja Home for the Holidays Offer.
Saturday, December 26 — Chicken & Egg Cooking Brunch
A hands-on morning with the chef: the Chicken & the Egg Garden Brunch. Limited to four guests per day, on select days. Priced separately.
Thursday, December 24 — Nochebuena Beach Bonfire
At dusk, a bonfire on the sand — Mexican hot cocoa and cacao by the fire, the sound of the water, nowhere you need to be. Included in the Baja Home for the Holidays Offer.
Sunday, December 27 — Kermés Dinner & Bazaar
Mexico's open-air community fair, set in the gardens under the stars. A buffet, a night market, lotería on the lawn, live music, and a local cause. Priced separately.
